ERIK C. JOHNSON
Founder & President of the Board of Directors
Erik is the founder of the Ivy Entrepreneur Institute. Erik assists in helping underrepresented individuals realize the dream of business ownership by validating ideas, assisting with the development of business plans, providing sound business information, hosting business education forums and providing access to knowledgeable business people. Erik is the recipient of the Harry C. Alford Business Professional of the Year award presented by the Toledo African American Chamber of Commerce and is on the executive board of the Associated General Contractors of Northwest Ohio. Raised in Warren, Ohio, Erik now Resides in Toledo, Ohio with his wife and two sons. Erik is a Graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.

SANDRIA D. BROWN
Director of Volunteer Services
As the Volunteer Services Director, Sandy designs, plans and directs a volunteer program and oversees the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling of volunteer workers.

Charles E. Dotson
Mr. Dotson is the owner and president of REDOT Waste Services. Mr. Dotson specializes in public administration and governmental relations. In addition, Mr. Dotson recently acquired an Owens Corning Basement Finishing System Franchise and is currently expanding his real estate holdings.
Sarita Brown
Mrs. Brown is an early childcare specialist and is the owner of two early childcare centers within the Uptown and Old West End areas of Toledo, Ohio. Mrs. Brown has been in business for over 30 years and served on various community and educational boards.
Milton T. McIntyre, Jr.
Mr. McIntyre is the owner and president of Peak Electric Inc. and specializes in federal and state contracting. Mr. McIntyre is a board member of The Toledo Area Small Business Association (TASBA). Milton also is the Vice Chair of the TOLEDO African American Chamber of Commerce (TAACC).
Victor G. Harvey
Mr. Harvey is a serial entrepreneur and brand marketing specialist. Mr. Harvey's latest endeavor, Victor George Vodka is currently being distributed throughout South Florida with plans to expand nationally.
